Mike Czapliskie and his wife, Nancee, moved to Bella Vista from Chicago in 2005, so she could take an executive position with Walmart. Mike on the other hand retired from his executive position with an apparel manufacturer so he could open up his insurance agency with Farmers Insurance. He has since added on healthcare companies such as BCBS and Unitedhealthcare, so he could provide insurance for the under 65 and over 65 markets.
