Carl Childers has over 35 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit and income tax planning and preparation. Carl moved into the Village in March of 2007. A Texas CPA since 1978, Carl has applied to have his license transferred to Arkansas. Carl retired from the IRS in 2007, where he was a Revenue Agent auditing large businesses and high income individuals. Carl was also Chief Financial Officer of two large businesses in Dallas, TX and worked as a business systems consultant for Price Waterhouse Coopers.
In addition to tax planning and preparation, Carl specializes in representing his individual and business clients before the IRS in:

• Setting up installment agreements for payments of back taxes
