Mortgage Associates of NWA, Inc. is a residential mortgage lender locally owned and operated in Bella Vista, providing home loans for all of NW Arkansas and SW Missouri.
Our products consist of conventional, corporate relocation, construction, FHA, VA, rural development, and home loans for those with less than perfect credit.
Jim Westphal began in the mortgage business in 1973. His experience goes beyond that of a normal loan officer, as he has been a direct endorsement underwriter for FHA, VA, automatic underwriter, secondary market underwriter, was a staff appraiser, and has held his real estate license since 1978. After working for several large national lenders, in 1996, Jim decided to open his own mortgage company.
