The Veterans Council of Northwest Arkansas is a non-profit (501c3) organization established jointly by the American Legion Post 341 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9063 for the purpose of honoring all veterans having served the USA.

The Veterans Wall of Honor monument was dedicated on November 6, 2004. The 92-foot diameter monument, containing 3500 granite honor tablets, is located on the northeast side of Lake Bella Vista. The $600,000 monument was made possible through tablet donations, private, corporate funding and support.

The Veterans Council is currently seeking funds to complete the bronze historical plaques and landscaping.
